The 2nd Annual Partners for Providence Auction is right around the corner! You will enjoy this fun evening which will benefit our school. Here is some information about the auction:
* The auction will be on Friday, February 26, at Oklahoma Christian University.
*Tickets are $50 per person, or you can buy a table of 8 people for only $300.
*If you purchase a table before January 31st, you will receive a small ad in the program, which can be used either to promote your business or for a personal family ad. If you buy more than one table, you can get a full page ad.
The timetable of the evening will be:
5:30pm- doors open, silent auction begins
6:30pm- buffet opens
7:30pm- 1st silent auction table closes
7:40pm- 2nd silent auction table closes
7:50pm- 3rd silent auction table closes
8:00pm- Opening of live auction
9:15pm-Live auction closes, check-out begins
We have streamlined our check-out process this year to make the evening run more efficiently.
*There will be a TUITION RAFFLE! Dr. Heim, a great orthodontist, is underwriting one year of free tuition ! Tickets are $100 each. There will only be 100 tickets sold, so gets yours before they are gone! You can begin purchasing the tickets in the school office now!!!
