Students at Providence Hall enjoy the 'bookends' of Matins and Hymn Sing--or what we sometimes refer to as Evensong--every day. Both bookends are times of prayer, one spoken and the other sung. Evensong includes the great hymns of the faith and the singing of Scriptures. Beginnings and endings are a big deal to God--it shapes our common life together at Providence Hall.
